As Senior Specialist, Corporate Affairs, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the site leading all aspects of office, facilities, and administrative management to ensure a safe, efficient, and exceptional workplace environment.
You’ll oversee vendor relationships, coordinate key business services, and partner with leadership to support business continuity, compliance, and employee experience across the facility.
Your mission:
- Oversee daily facility operations including office management, janitorial, landscaping, food service, and building maintenance
- Manage vendor contracts and performance, ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence
- Coordinate executive and pool vehicle programs, as well as mobile phone programs
- Partner with EHS teams to ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance
- Supervise administrative and facility support staff, providing direction and clear decision-making
- Oversee office consumables, equipment, and space planning for optimal operations
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to drive efficiency and consistency
- Manage site housekeeping standards across all shared spaces, including lobby, cafeteria, and outdoor areas
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive site visits
- Support budget development and cost tracking for facilities and administrative functions
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues and resolutions
- Prepare data-driven reports for leadership communication and decision-making
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards using the 5S3R methodology
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in office or facilities management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven success managing vendors, contracts, and service delivery across multiple functions
- Strong understanding of building operations, safety standards, and compliance
- Skilled communicator and natural leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and ERP systems
- Bilingual in English and Korean — essential for cross-functional collaboration with global headquarters
