The role Play a key role in testing and validating energy storage systems, working closely with Product and R&D teams to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission advanced test equipment for battery storage systems.
Lead integration between lab tools and test systems.
Create and execute test plans for components and full systems.
Analyze test data and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with engineers to review results and drive improvements.
Maintain instrumentation accuracy through calibration and monitoring.
Troubleshoot technical issues at all system levels and support root cause analysis.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in renewable or power industry.
Solid Medium Voltage (35KV) experience.
Experience on industrial or utility-scale projects.
Bachelor in Electrical or related engineering field (Associate degree considered).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and safety-focused approach.
Power Electronics or controls engineering experience.
