The role
Develop and deliver engineering and technical training programs for utility-scale inverters for solar and storage applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct training for employees, clients, and service providers
  • Develop training materials and multi-format technical courses and programs
  • Recommend content, course, program, and curriculum improvements
  • Provide technical information for training module development
  • Identify training equipment and facility needs.
  • Monitor company products, tools, technology, and enhancements
  • Acquire technical knowledge via site/factory visits and project involvement
  • Provide product/service feedback from clients

Requirements
  • 2+ years in designing, troubleshooting, or commissioning utility-scale solar inverters
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, however candidates with significant experience (5-10+ years) in solar will be considered without a degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a trainer role is not required. Experience with some form of training as part of a service/commissioning role would be beneficial but again not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows
