The role Develop and deliver engineering and technical training programs for utility-scale inverters for solar and storage applications. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and conduct training for employees, clients, and service providers
Develop training materials and multi-format technical courses and programs
Recommend content, course, program, and curriculum improvements
Provide technical information for training module development
Identify training equipment and facility needs.
Monitor company products, tools, technology, and enhancements
Acquire technical knowledge via site/factory visits and project involvement
Provide product/service feedback from clients
Requirements
2+ years in designing, troubleshooting, or commissioning utility-scale solar inverters
Bachelor’s degree preferred, however candidates with significant experience (5-10+ years) in solar will be considered without a degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a trainer role is not required. Experience with some form of training as part of a service/commissioning role would be beneficial but again not required.
