As Vice President of Cloud Solutions, you will lead the strategic growth and commercialization of the company’s cloud software platform.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for helping evolve an already established cloud platform into a scalable commercial software business.
The role combines deep technical leadership with strong product-market and business acumen. You will oversee cloud, data, and AI-focused teams while driving the development of commercially viable software products focused on energy market optimization, predictive maintenance, operational analytics, and intelligent battery performance management.
You will play a key role in bridging highly technical engineering organizations with broader commercial objectives, helping scale the platform into a differentiated software offering within the evolving energy storage market.
• Leading the long-term strategy, growth, and commercialization of the cloud software platform
• Managing and developing cloud, data, AI, and product-focused technical teams
• Driving development of scalable cloud-based software products focused on energy optimization and analytics
• Overseeing cloud product development across areas such as predictive maintenance, energy trading, and battery performance optimization
• Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, systems, product, and commercial stakeholders
• Helping evolve the organization toward a more software-driven commercial model
• Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Driving innovation leveraging large-scale operational fleet data, AI/ML capabilities, and advanced analytics
• Supporting the growth of commercially scalable cloud offerings and future software revenue streams
• Strong product experience with cloud-based software platforms or products
• Proven experience building and scaling cloud businesses or software offerings
• Deep technical credibility across cloud architecture, AI/ML, analytics, or energy optimization
• Proven leadership experience managing software, cloud, data, or AI-focused technical organizations
• Strong product-market and software commercialization acumen within complex technical environments
• Exposure to energy storage, energy markets, grid software, or adjacent energy sectors is highly preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead across technical and commercial teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred
