As part of this expansion, they are seeking Regional Sales Managers to cover the East Coast of the United States, focusing on developing strategic partnerships, promoting their product portfolio, and accelerating revenue growth across the region.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals with a successful track record in solar equipment sales and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development and Strategic Partnerships

  • Drive sales of inverters, microinverters, and home energy storage systems across assigned East Coast territories.

  • Identify and engage solar contractors and installation companies for strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, incentive programs, and sales strategies.

  • Provide training and support to help partners effectively promote the company’s solutions.

Customer and Distributor Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors and customers.

  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on product applications and system design.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and new opportunities.

  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on customer feedback and market evolution.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Partner with product development and marketing teams to align sales activities with broader business goals.

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
