They are seeking Regional Sales Managers to develop strategic partnerships, promote their product portfolio, and accelerate revenue growth across the region.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals with a proven track record in solar equipment sales and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development and Strategic Partnerships
  • Drive sales of inverters, microinverters, and home energy storage systems across assigned territories.
  • Identify and engage solar contractors and installation companies for strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement joint marketing initiatives, incentive programs, and sales strategies.
  • Provide training and resources to empower partners in promoting the company’s products effectively.
Customer and Distributor Relationship Management
 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to address specific customer requirements, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on product applications and system design.
Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and new sales opportunities.
  • Adapt strategies based on customer insights and evolving market dynamics.
Collaboration and Reporting
  • Work closely with product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
